How it works for me?

  • Reserve space at TreatBetter by the hour, day or month – aligning your schedule and costs with the size of your business.
  • Overhead kills businesses – We’ve killed overhead for you.
  • Equipment? – We’ve got that covered. All suites come fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Nothing for you to buy or maintain.
  • Sign up, get approved and start seeing your clients and patients – when and how you like.
  • Use our member-only site to reserve the hours, days or months you want.


For the privacy of our clients, we do not post rates on our website.

  • For our Massage Therapists: Private rooms with adjustable hydraulic tables with headrest, cutouts, heating pads, rollers, towel warmers (in-room), all linens and towels, with laundry service included.

  • For our Chiropractors: Private rooms with adjustable chiropractic tables; TENS units, portable therapeutic ultrasound, heating pads, hydro-collator, heating pads.

  • For our Physical Therapists: Private rooms with treatment tables; open exercise area with balls, bands, mats, rollers, weights, treadmill, stationary bike, anatomy-specific ice-packs.

  • For everyone: High-speed WiFi, janitorial and maintenance services, free parking for you and your clients/patients, filtered water, coffee, freedom.

  • Every Day: 6.30am – 9.30pm.

  • If you need different hours, please let us know and we will find a solution together.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card using Stripe. Once you submit your materials and are approved, you will enter your payment method via our secured payment portal. This will be stored so you don’t have to enter it every time.

  • For hourly reservations you will be charged 24 hours before your reservation begins.

  • For daily reservations you will be charged 3 days before your reservation begins.

  • For monthly providers, you will be charged monthly on the first of every month.

  • For hourly reservations you may cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation begins.

  • For daily reservations you may cancel up to 3 days before your reservation begins.

  • For weekly reservations you may cancel by providing 7 days notice.

  • No security deposit is required for hourly or daily reservations.

  • For monthly reservations, a security deposit equal to half of the monthly rate is required.

  • There are no minimum time commitments for daily or monthly users.

  • The minimum reservation time is 90 minutes.

  • We want to make sure that all of the providers at TreatBetter are licensed and verified.

  • These three pieces of identification allow us to make that happen. Plus we want to get to know you!

  • A monthly reservation will give you the same room every day, for as long as your reservation remains active.

  • Hourly and daily reservations will always be the designated type for your profession, but might not be the same exact room everyday. We will try to accommodate any and all requests when we can.

  • For our hourly and daily providers, you will be sent access codes for the facility and room 24-48 hours before your reservation begins.

  • For our monthly providers, you will have a specific access code for your dedicated room.

  • Yes, always.

  • For our hourly and daily providers, your treatment room for the day has discrete storage for your items.

  • For our monthly providers, your dedicated room will be secured overnight and has ample cabinet space to store your accessories.

  • However you like.

  • To make this as easy as possible for you, we will provide resources and links that spell out how to accept credit cards, insurance, venmo, paypal, ApplePay and any format you can think of. There’s always good ol’ cash as well.

  • TreatBetter will never collect or touch any of the dollars owed to you by patients, clients or insurance.

  • There will be a large monitor listing each provider’s room for the day.

  • Yourself, your ambition and your clients or patients. That’s it.

  • Place any towels or sheets you used in our central laundry area. We do the rest.

  • Based on recent tax laws, this is a great time to work for yourself.

  • At the end of each calendar year you will receive an IRS-friendly statement that documents your tax-deductible expenses.
